Ingredients of This Breakfast recipe

8. Chopped coriander leaves 1/2 cup
9. Salt according to your taste
10. bread 8 – 10
11. onion 2 – 3
12. Tomatoes1 1 – 2
13. Butter 100 gram

 

How to make Sandwich’s Masala

  • Firstly take three to four medium size potatoes all right with water so steam or cook them in a very cooker or you can use a steamer also. make sure the potatoes should be boiled and fork-tender.
  • You can cook the potatoes and select any method totally depends on you and your choice. Boil or steam them in a rapid pan, and take a pan adding water as you want.
  • Once the potatoes are boiled, peel and mash them with a vegetable masher in a large bowl.
  • Heat oil in a very shallow pan and add ½ teaspoon of mustard seeds. Keep the warmth to low whereas preparing mustard seeds.
  • Once your mustard seeds crackle, then add ½ teaspoon of cumin seeds and a pinch of hing. Fry very well for 30 seconds or until the cumin seeds splutter and change their colour and convert to brown colour. Keep the gas on low in order that the spices don’t get burnt.
  • Add one or a pair of chillies you can finely chop or roughly chopped. it just depends on you as you want
  • Then add ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder.
  •  Stir and mix very well.
  • Add eight to ten curry leaves. again mix all ingredients very well
  • Then Add your mashed potatoes.
  • After this method add salt consistent with your need or taste.
  • Stir and blend the potatoes with the remainder of the spices. Saute on very low heat for two minutes.
  • Then add ⅓ cup chopped coriander leaves. you’ll add ¼ cup too. I additional highly to add more and your choices.
  • combine and saute for 5-10 minutes. Keep this potato masala filling ready. Let it become cool at room temperature.

Assemble the Masala Sandwich

  1. Firstly I need a piece of bread to make a masala sandwich
  2. Spread the butter in every corner of the bread slices. And make sure when you coat the butter do not allow the bread to become soggy after this apply the chutney.
  3. Then for the stuffing of the Masala Sandwich Recipe, we prepared a mix of vegetables they will put.
  4. After adding the mixed vegetables, you will save the sandwich from inside the corner, this will make your sandwich a little crunchy.
  5. Then we will put paneer, and after that add some chaat masala, garam masala, red chilli, asafoetida, and cumin powder.
  6. After that, to make your sandwich more delicious, add a little grated beetroot on top.
  7. We will use three pieces of bread in a sandwich, the first bread will have all the vegetables and then all the sauce will be applied to the middle bread.
  8. Then put vegetable bread on top of it and bake it well and your delicious sandwich will be ready.
  9. After that, we will first apply butter in the middle bread, after that we will apply the masala mayonnaise which we have prepared on the bread.
  10. Then you have to apply mustard sauce which you will get very easily in the market.
    We have to apply schezwan sauce which comes with tomato sauce and pizza seasoning, they will mix and become schezwan sauce which you have to apply on the middle bread.
  11. Then we will put vegetable bread on top of it, then only you have to bake your sandwich then you can enjoy the sandwich food.
  12. Now toast your sandwiches till crunchy and golden. and then take a plate and spread some butter on top of the sandwiches. Spreading butter is an optional step.
  13. now your masala sandwich is ready you can serve it and enjoy in you morning breakfast
