Ingredients of Chicken Manchurian
|1.||Boneless Chicken||400 grams|
|2.||Ginger Garlic paste||1 full spoon|
|3.||Salt||As per taste|
|4.||Corn flour||1 cup|
|5.||Soya sauce, vinegar||2 tablespoon|
|6.||Red Chilli sauce, Tomato ketchup||2 tablespoon|
|7.||Green chilies||4-5 Finely chopped|
|8.||Pepper powder||1 tablespoon|
|9.||Carrot||1 Finely chopped|
|12.||Coriander leaves||Half cup finely chopped|
|15.||Chopped Ginger and garlic||Half cup|
- First of all, wash the chicken properly and cut it into bite-size pieces.
- Drain out Excess Water.
- Now add black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, egg, and salt to it.
- Mix well and keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Add cornflour and mix till corn flour coats chicken properly.
- Now heat the oil in a deep pan.
- Drop Chicken Pieces one by one into the oil.
- Fry for 6-7 minutes on medium flame.
- Fry it till it becomes golden.
- When it turns golden, take it out on a plate.
- Now wash and chop all the vegetables.

How to make Chicken Manchurian
- Heat 2tbsp oil in a deep pan.
- Add chopped garlic and chopped ginger.
- Stir for 10 sec on high flame.
- Stir till it turns light Golden.
- Now add chopped green chilies.
- Saute for 20 sec on high flame.
- Add Onion petals and saute for 1 minute.
- Now add green capsicum and carrot and saute for 1 minute.
- Add soya sauce Tomato ketchup, and red chili sauce and stir for 30 sec on high flame.
- Now add vinegar, black pepper powder, and salt and stir for 1 minute.
- Add fried Chicken and mix with all ingredients.
- Now add corn slurry and stir for 2 minutes on high flame.
- Sprinkle Coriander leaves and stirs for 20 seconds.
- If you want more gravy then add 1 cup extra water and cook for 2 minutes.
Now Your Chicken Manchurian is ready. You can serve it with Fried rice.

How to make Fried Rice
- First of all, rinse the rice and soak it for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- Now drain excess water and keep it aside.
- Heat a large pot and add 4 to 5 cups of water.
- Add half a tbsp salt and 3 to 4 drops of cooking oil.
- Let the water boil for 5 minutes on a high flame.
- Now add soaked rice and let it cook.
- Rice is ready, Now heat the oil in a deep pan.
- Add garlic and saute for 30 sec.
- Stir till it turns light brown.
- Add green chili and saute for 20 sec on high flame.
- Now add onion and fry till it turns light brown.
- Add all the chopped vegetables and Saute them for 1.5 to 2 minutes.
- Now add boiled rice and mix it with vegetables.
- Add salt, soya sauce, and vinegar and Stir for 3 to 4 minutes.
Now your Fried Rice is ready. You can serve it with Chicken Manchurian.
- Marinating the chicken before fry helps to soften the chicken.
- You can also grill the chicken instead of deep fry.
