President Biden said it was "unlikely" that Russia fired missile that exploded in eastern Poland

But he said the information was correct and Poland's allies would fully support investigation.

The blast came as Russia carried out missile attacks on Ukrainian cities on Tuesday

Two people were killed in the explosion a few miles from the border with western Ukraine.

In a press release, the Polish Foreign Ministry said that "a Russian-made missile hit the village of Przewodów".

Meanwhile, Russia said its weapons had struck Poland.

The attacks took place at a time when world leaders had gathered in Bali for a summit.
