Disenchanted review

Giselle sours on Manhattan because of the crime, rising cost of living, and rapidly deteriorating conditions.

The cartoon princess was transported from her magical kingdom of Andalusia to the big city during her film debut 15 years ago.

Her husband has a child and their apartment is too small for them to include their stepdaughter, Morgan.

The clan, based in Westchester, moves into a house in a mock suburb called Monroeville.

No more banter with the innocent Disney princess who always spreads goodness.

And it features a familiar family in which Morgan lives with her mamma Giselle and misses her old family.

Distressed Giselle takes a wishing wand and sings "I Wish We Had a Fairy Tale Life."

And this spell turns Monroeville like a storybook overnight.
