Ezra Miller pleads not guilty to alleged Vermont home burglary and alcohol theft charges.
The actor appeared in court on Monday for the hearing along with his lawyer Lisa Shelcrot.
The lawyer said he "accepted the court-imposed conditions of not contacting or entering the residence of the residents."
She continued, "Ezra would like to acknowledge the love and support he has received from his family and friends, who continue to be an important presence in his ongoing mental health."
30-year-old Miller was also charged with felony assault and misdemeanor in an occupied residence in early Augus
According to the police, the landlord was away when the incident happened.
After reviewing the footage, officers determined that the "Flash" star was "found to be a probable cause of charge" for the crimes.
Miller begins treatment for complex mental health issues and apologizes for his misbehavior.
