Fresh Huevos Rancheros Recipe

Fresh Huevos Rancheros is a Mexican recipe. It’s a very healthy breakfast.

For preparing Pico de gallo, Take a large bowl and add chopped tomato, onion, and Chopped Cilantro, salt, and lime juice and mix well.

To cook beans, wash the beans then soak them in the water for 7 to 8 hours. 

Heat oil in a deep pan and add chopped onion and saute until it turns light brown.

Now add Add Cumin powder and salt beans and  2 cup water and let it cook for 10 minutes.

Mash the beans with the help of a masher and transfer them into a large bowl add line juice and black pepper and mix mell. 

Heat oil in a pan Add chopped onion, chopped tomato and chili, and prepare salsa.

Take a tortilla and spread the beans over the tortilla, Place the omelet on top of the tortilla, Now place 2 spoons of salsa over the tortilla.

Place 2 spoons of pico de gallo,Now your Fresh Huevos Rancheros is ready. you can serve it.
