Bread Cutlet

Bread cutlet is a very tasty Indian breakfast, it is prepared in very less time and you can eat it with morning or evening tea.

To make bread cutlets, put oil in a pan and heat it on the gas, fry finely chopped onion, ginger and green chillies in it.

After that add finely chopped carrots, cabbage, and boiled green peas and fry them well.

After roasting all well, take it out in a big vessel and keep it to cool down.

Now take bread, soak it in water, remove all the water from the bread and add it to the mixture, along with boiled potatoes, bread crumbs and lemon juice.

Now add salt according to taste and make small bowls of all the mixture and keep them in between your palms and press

After that cover all the tikkis with bread crumbs, then put oil in a pan and keep it for heating, after that fry all the cutlets well on both the sides.

After frying, you can serve them in a plate with sweet or spicy chutney or with tea.
