Poha Recipe 

Poha is very famous in Maharashtra and it is very tasty, you can make it and eat it whenever you want.

To make poha, put it in a sieve and clean it with water, but do not keep the poha in water for a long time, leave it in the sieve.

After that put oil in a pan and heat it, add asafoetida, mustard seeds, curry leaves, onions and whole red chillies and fry them.

After that, add finely chopped potatoes to it, when the potatoes are fried well, then add turmeric to it and mix it.

Fry the potatoes well so that the potatoes are completely cooked, after that add salt and poha and mix well.

After adding poha, switch off the gas and mix green chili, lemon juice and half green coriander in it.

Mix the poha well and take it out in a plate.

After taking out in a bowl, garnish with the remaining green coriander and lemon peel can be served.
