Crispy Potato Finger For 4 people, Boil 4 medium potatoes and mash proper

Then add some salt according to taste, ginger garlic paste, chilli flakes and one pinch of black paper powder

Mix all the things with mashed potatoes and rest it for 20 to 30 minutes

In a bowl take 2 spoons of corn flour, and some water and make a proper batter for dipping

In the plate take bread gums and again smash them properly for proper coating

Now take a potato mixture and convert it into small pieces, then will give the shape of fingers with hands

Make all Potato Finger, take 1 finger then dip in batter and again proper coating with bread gums

Now make all the potato fingers like this and fridge them for at least 10 to 15 minutes to set

Take a pan, and put huge oil to heat up after that all fingers fry deeply until become golden brown
