How to make delicious Upma in south style at home 

Some vegetables like carrots, green beans, onions, chillies, tomatoes etc are required to make Upma.

First cut all the vegetables in different sizes, carrots in the form of cubes and cut all according to your size

Now fry some peanuts, cashews and almonds in ghee on low medium flame.

Take a big pan, to heat 2 spoons of oil, put some mustard seeds, urad, and chana dal.

After that add garlic paste and fry on medium flame till golden brown.

Fry till golden brown, then add chopped green chillies and onions and fry

Add some green peas, and fry all the vegetables on high flame as if tossing continuously.

Now add semolina and mix, then slowly add water and keep stirring so that lumps do not form.

Add some salt according to your taste, mix it well and serve garnished with dry fruits.
