Veg Momos      recipe 

Momos is a Chinese recipe made with stuffed vegetables.

Prepare Dough add 1 cup white flour and half tablespoon salt to a large bowl, mix well and prepare soft Dough.

For filling momos cut all the vegetables like-green chillis, ginger, garlic, onion, cabbage, and carrots.

Heat the pan and add 1 spoon of mustard oil. add chopped garlic, ginger, chili and onion and saute for 30 to 40 seconds over medium flame.

Add All the vegetables, salt, black paper powder, and red chili powder, mix them well and saute for 5 to 6 minutes. And off the Gas, your Stuffing is ready.

Again Knead the Dough for a while minute and Divide into small size of balls.Roll the ball and make small size of roti. fill the stuffing in the center of Roti.

Now Shape Your momos by your choice like- Round, Modak shape and Wrap dumpling momos. 

Grease your momo maker with Oil and place momos in the steamer for 8 to 9 minutes.

Open the lid, and transfer it to the plate. Now your Momo is ready you can serve it with dark red Chilli sauce.
