"Rava Idli Recipe || How to make Rava idli || Instant idli"


Roast the Suji 

firstly, in a kadhai heat, take 3 tsp oil and keeping the flame on low add 1 cup rava and roast well. roast for 5 minutes or until the rava turns aromatic


Mix All Ingredients 

take a deep bowl, take 1 cup rava. Add curd to it. Now then add chopped coriander. Add salt to taste and 1 cup of water. mix well


Rest a while 

Cover with a lid and keep aside for 10 minutes. The sooji idli batter does not require any grinding or fermenting


tadka Recipe 

In a small non-stick pan. Add the mustard seeds. Finally, add green chillies. tadka of Sooji Idli on a medium flame for 1 minute.


Mix tadka

Mix well. batter is ready. If you do not make the idlis immediately, the batter will become thick as rava absorbs water so, adjust to medium consistency by adding 1-2 tbsp of water.

take a Moulds and fill well. Do not overfill the moulds, as the rava idli will rise on cooking and you do not want them to spill out.


Ready to eat

Finally, serve instant rava idli serve with coconut chutney and sambar.
