How to make yummy Chicken Nuggets at home for snacks

For four people take 200 grams of Chicken Mince and add some salt according to your taste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder

Mix all the ingredients very well and rest for 20 to 30 minutes to absorb all flavour

Now take a pan, put 2 spoon oil for heat, then put some dry spices like green cardamom, clove, black pepper etc

When all spice become brown put ginger garlic paste and fry until become golden brown then put some chopped onion and fry them also

After that, put chicken mince continuously fry on high flame for 2 minutes and again put some coriander powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder

Fry all the things and after 5 minutes on medium flame and rest for 10 minutes for becoming cold

Take a small piece of chicken get the shape of a nugget by your hand and make all nuggets like this

Now take the bowl and put 4 spoons of corn flour and some water mix it very well until there are no lumps, and on one plate take bread gums

Take another pan and put oil on the heat for deep fry, after heating the oil takes nuggets to dip in batter and coat with bread gums and put in hot oil and fry until become golden brown.
