All-rounder Shardul Thakur was bought by Delhi Capitals (DC) for Rs 10.75 crore in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 mega auction.

Shardul was not able to deliver as expected by Delhi Capitals and his performance could not meet the requirement of value for money.

According to the same report in Cricbuzz, the DC franchise may try to buy the all-rounder back at a reduced price in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 auction.

Wicketkeeper-batsman Srikar Bharat, who was bought by the franchise for INR 2 Crore, was released by DC ahead of the mini-auction

Mandeep Singh, who was bought by the franchise for Rs 1.10 crore, is likely to be released by DC ahead of the mini auction.
