Katie Hobbs rallies supporters
Katie declared victory in the Arizona governor's race at a rally Tuesday morning.
She praised Arizonans for the lawlessness and acknowledged the gruesome campaign.
Hobbs said, "Last night our race was officially called, and I am honored to stand before you as governor-elect."
Hobbs also acknowledged that rival Kari Lake, who was endorsed by former President Donald Trump, has yet to accept the nomination.
Kari Lake denied results from 2020 presidential race.
On Monday night, Kari Lake tweeted that Arizonans know BS when they see it.
Hobbs didn't get off to a good start but the race remained very close to call on Monday.
An estimated 42,000 ballots were being counted during Tuesday's count.
