Meringue Lollipops Recipe

White chocolate lollipop looks very sweet and good

Meringues are sandwiched between them for an elegant, seasonal dessert.

Place and preheat a baking sheet in the upper and lower thirds of the oven.

Cream of tartar and salt and beat until thick and opaque, about 1 more minute

Transfer meringue to a bag. Bake until crisp with coarse sugar and/or silver nonpareils.

Let the baking sheets cool. After this store it in an airtight container.

Put some white chocolate mixture in the middle of the cookies and stick them to make lollipops.
