Quickly Paneer Dahi Masala Recipe make in deshi style

For 4 person take 200 gram of paneer, cut it into cube form and fry them in oil until the paneer become light golden

In a big bowl take a cup of curd, Kashmiri Laal Mirch powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder and it very well

Now take handi put 2 spoon oil and heat up, when the oil becomes heated then put some spices like bay leaf, green cardamom, cloves, black cardamom etc.

Fry all the spices until the foam stops coming out, then add red chilli powder and a little turmeric powder to it.

After all, now put the mixture of curd and keep on stirring or else the curd will burst

Now add some salt according to your taste then 2 spoons fresh cream and cook it on low-medium flame

When the oil separates from the gravy then put some water and again cook for some minutes

Now add one pinch of garam masala and mix it and then add fried paneer cubes and stir slowly

Cook just a few minutes then sprinkle with coped coriander leaves and now your paneer masala is ready to eat
