According to the indictment filed Thursday, Telles "deliberately, unlawfully, with malice, killed Jeffrey German

Jeff German's age 60 or older was killed with the use of a dangerous weapon. CNN has contacted Tails' attorney for input.

Telles was charged with murder last month, raising concerns cross country about the opportunity for press in the US.

According to the Las Vegas Survey Diary, the 69-year-old German was working with a story about Tails the week he was killed.

He recently elaborated that Telles set up an unfriendly workplace and that he had an inappropriate relationship with a worker. Tels denied the news.

According to a criminal objection filed in Clark area court in September, Tels, 45, allegedly stabbed German several times to death.
