Veg Burrito  Recipe  

Veg Burrito is a Mexican Recipe. It is very easy to make you can make it at home very easily. 

For preparing stuffing, heat the oil in a pan add chopped garlic and onion and saute for 1 minute.

add bell paper and saute for 2 minutes on medium flame.

Now add mushroom and saute till dried up the moisture.

Add salt, red chili powder, soya sauce, and Red Wine.

Take a large bowl add 1 cup white flour and salt and prepare a soft dough.

Divide the dough into small balls, flatten the balls and roll up. place the Tortilla on a heaten flat pan and roast both sides.

Turn off the gas and remove the tortilla, place the stuffing at the center of the tortilla and Top with grated cheese and sour cream and wrap up.

Now your Veg Tortilla is ready. you can serve and enjoy it.
