Vegetable Frittata

Vegetable Frittata is a very healthy and Instant recipe. 

Take a bowl, add egg, chees, herb, and milk and mix well.

Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and onion and saute for 2 minutes over medium flame. 

Now add chopped capsicum, carrot, and some green vegetables and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.

Pour the egg mixture over the vegetable and stir evenly in the pan.

let it cook for 2 minutes. until it turns dark in color.

Now transfer it to the oven and bake at 160C for 10 minutes.

Now Your Vegetable Frittata is ready. enjoy it.
