Sabudana khichadi is a vrat special recipe. its taste is very delicious. You can eat it with & without fast.
Take 1 cup of Sabudana, Rinse 2 to 3 times, and soak in water for at least 5-6 hours.
Now release extra water and Boil 2 medium size of potatoes, Let them cool down for some time and then peel and cut into small pieces.
Heat the pan and roast half a cup of peanut. Roast till the peanut becomes brown and grind it coarsely. Mix sago and peanuts together.
when it turns light golden brown add sago, black salt, red chili powder, and peanut powder and mix well.
Saute for 2 minutes and add some chopped coriander leaves and mix well.Now your vrat special Sabudana Khichadi is ready.
