Ingredients for Stuffing (Breakfast recipe)

|4.||Chopped Garlic||1 spoon|
|5.||Bell peppers||½ cup|
|6.||Cumin powder||1 tbsp|
|7.||Salt||As per taste|
|8.||Red chili powder||1 tbsp|
|9.||Soya sauce||1 spoon|
|11.||Chopped coriander leaves||½ cup|
|12.||Chopped tomato||½ cup|
|13.||Lime juice||1 tbsp|
|14.||Chopped avocado||½ cup|
How to make Stuffing
- Heat the oil in a deep pan over a medium flame.
- Add chopped garlic and onion and saute till it turns light brown.
- Now add chopped bell peppers (Capsicum) and saute for 1 minute on a medium flame.
- Add chopped mushroom.
- Stir and saute for 2 minutes over medium flame.
- The mushroom will release the water.
- Stir until the moisture dried up.
- Now add cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt.
- Mix and add red wine and soya sauce and saute for 2 minutes over medium flame.
- Sprinkle the coriander leaves and mix well, Turn off the gas.
Now our stuffing is ready.

|1.||White flour||1 cup|
How to make tortilla
- Take a large bowl and add 1 cup of White flour.
- You can also use normal flour instead of white flour.
- Add 1 tbsp salt and mix with the help of a hand.
- Gradually add 1 cup water and knead a soft dough.
- Cover with a wet cloth and rest for 30 minutes.
- Now knead again the dough
- Divide the dough into 7 to 8 guava size small balls.
- Dust these balls with flour and flatten them and roll it up.
- Heat a flat pan over medium flame
- place the tortilla and roast both sides.
- roast for 2 minutes over a high flame.
- your tortilla should be puffy like an air pocket.
Now your tortilla is ready.

- Take a bowl and add finely Chopped onion.
- Add chopped tomatoes, coriander leaves, and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
- Add 1 tbsp olive oil and mix well.
- Now chop the avocado into small pieces.
- add salt and mix again.

- Take a roasted tortilla and put the stuffing at the center.
- Place chopped avocado and tomatoes.
- Place 2 tablespoons of cream and wrap it up.

How to make Veg Tacos (Breakfast recipe)
- Firstly, Rinse the bean twice and soak for a minimum of 7 to 8 hours.
- Drain the excess water and rinse the bean.
- Take a pressure cooker and add beans.
- Add 2 cup water and salt and cook over medium flame for 20 minutes.
- Drain out all the excess water and keep it aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
- now add chopped onion and saute till it turns light brown.
- Add boiled beans, salt, and 1 cup water and mix well.
- let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes over medium flame.
- Mash the beans with the help of a masher.
- Add Pepper powder, Red chili powder, Oregano, and Cumin powder and mix well.
- let it cool for 5 minutes till it thickens.
- Turn off the gas and keep it aside.
- Bake the readymade taco shell at 100C for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Assemble all the ingredients.
- Place the beans at the center of the shell.
- Place some chopped vegetables and Top with sour cream and grated cheese.
